Callyn Bihr, DPT
Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health, Portland – Airport

Callyn grew up in Pendleton, OR, and attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR, graduating with a degree in Mathematics in 1999. Eventually, she ended up in Missoula, Montana, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2012 and has been loving being a physical therapist since. During her career, Callyn has found she loves working in the orthopedic outpatient setting for the variety of people served and a variety of ailments to rehab. She enjoys all aspects of physical therapy especially educating and helping people see how everything is connected. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and enjoys working with ladies who are recovering from surgeries related to breast cancer, as well as anyone with scar tissue issues and/or lymphedema. Every patient is different with how they respond to treatment, so Callyn has a large “toolbox” available, she has training with kinesio tape, McConnell taping, ASTYM, cupping, dry brushing, is certified in intramuscular stimulation (dry needling), and is learning new techniques all the time to achieve the best results specific to her patients. She has experience in women’s health treating pelvic floor weakness with prolapse and incontinence, post-concussion rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunctions, spinal disorders, as well as with all other joint disorders, dysfunctions, and damages. In her free time, Callyn loves creating (knitting, crocheting, sewing, glass etching, woodworking, mosaic-ing, cooking, etc) and on a more active scale enjoys… camping, hiking, kayaking, skiing, being outside, gardening, biking, walking, running, swimming, playing ball sports, and just general exploration of this world.

Joshua Kneeshaw, PT
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Portland – Airport

Josh grew up in Colfax, Washington, and he first came to the Portland area to attend George Fox College where he ran cross country and track. He then transferred to The University of Montana to finish his degree in Exercise Science and attend physical therapy school. Josh has worked at the Airport clinic since 1998. He is experienced in working with all orthopedic injuries, and he has a particular interest in pre-and post-operative conditions, sports injuries, shoulder pathology, knee and lower leg injuries, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Josh’s treatment approach blends manual therapy techniques with rehabilitative exercise, and he works with each individual to design a specific program to help them recover from their injury. He believes that what one puts into rehabilitation is what one will get out of it. He strives to empower his patients to help treat themselves, and he educates his patients to help them prevent, or manage, future flare-ups.
Josh enjoys working with athletes of all ages, and he has served as a youth coach, umpire, and referee. He also provides on-field coverage for various athletic teams and events, and he consults with various teams regarding injury prevention and management.
In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time on the water (fly-fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking), cross-country skiing, and hanging out with his wife, Debra, and two children, Hannah and Ty.
